Rollback Protocol — Refund Policy

At Patch Notes Gear, we want every player to be fully satisfied with their loadout. If something's wrong with your gear, we'll make it right.

Refunds are available for the following known issues:

• Items dispatched incorrectly (wrong item shipped to your base)
• Damaged or defective products (arrived in a bugged state)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order confirmation date. To initiate a rollback, contact us at patchnotesgear@protonmail.com with your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
